The Fishing Bay Estates apartments (361, 379, 425 and 451 Fishing Bay Road) are located on the east side of Fishing Bay Road (Route #1102), .5 mile from Intersection of Rt. #1102 and General Puller Highway (Route #33), within the town limits of Deltaville in Middlesex County, VA. It is within walking distance of marinas, yacht clubs, restaurants, a seafood market, a convenience store, medical offices, shops, four churches, and three large bodies of water (the Piankatank River, Rappahannock River, and the Chesapeake Bay).

 

 

From Washington, DC area, take I Rt. 95 south past Fredericksburg to the Route 17 South exit at Massaponax. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 1;  pass the shopping center , turn left at the light  onto Route 17,  continue east  through Port Royal and through Tappahannock. Outside of Tappahannock, contine on Route 17 as it turns left, stay on 17 to the Saluda exit at Route 33.  Turn left opposite the Food Lion grocery, follow Rt. 33 through Saluda and for about 18 miles to Deltaville.  At the 7-11, make right turn onto Route #1102, Fishing Bay Road.  The Fishing Bay Estates apartment complex is approximately 1/4 mile on the left.

 

From  Hampton Roads, take I 64 to Route 17 North, take Route 16 past  Yorktown, over the York River, stay on Rt. 17, exit onto Route 3 toward Gloucester, follow Route 3 closely, it takes left and right turns, follow signs toward White Stone, go over the Piankatank River, stay on Route 3 to Route 33, turn right onto Route 33 (White Stone traffic will continue to the left) and head towards Deltaville. At the 7-11, make right turn onto Route #1102, Fishing Bay Road.  The Fishing Bay Estates apartment complex is approximately 1/4 mile on the left. (Driving time from the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel is 1.25 hours.)

 

From Richmond, take 64 east towards Williamsburg, pass the  Colonial Downs Racing Track,, pass the Rest Area on the right.  Exit at the West Point sign onto Route 33.  Stay on Route 33 east through West Point. Continue on Route 33 to Route 17; turn left onto Route 17 (Rt. 17 and Rt. 33 run together for about two miles) and, just before the Hardee's, turn right toward Saluda. When in Saluda, turn right at the light onto Route 33 again and head toward Deltaville.   At the 7-11, make right turn onto Route #1102, Fishing Bay Road.  The Fishing Bay Estates apartment complex is approximately 1/4 mile on the left.  (Driving time from the West End of Richmond is 1.5 hours.)
